    Milk is known to be nutritious due to the presence of almost all kinds of nutrients such as protein, carbohydrate, fat, vitamins and minerals except a few (e.g. vitamin C). Therefore, it is also considered as equal to complete food. Small kids are mainly dependent on milk for their nutrition. Even many Doctors use to advice for drinking 1 glass of milk daily for everyone. Females should take 1 glass milk daily to fulfill their requirement of calcium and other nutrients. I take my milk glass everyday and give it to everyone in the family including my daughter, mother and others. There are some people who are lactose intolerant and those people can not digest milk protein. Therefore, they avoid drinking milk but for others it is safe and good for health.
